Making method of freeze-dried fresh ginseng block

PURPOSE: A producing method of a freeze-dried fresh ginseng block is provided to secure the shape of the block when molding the block by adding fructo-oligosaccharide instead of dextrin. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a freeze-dried fresh ginseng block comprises the following steps: washing 100parts of fresh ginseng by weight; crushing the washed ginseng, to obtain ginseng puree; adding 10~15parts of red ginseng extract by weight and 10~15parts of fructo-oligosaccharide by weight to the ginseng puree; pouring the mixture into a molding frame; stacking ginseng leavens inside the molding frame; and freeze-drying at -35~-45detg C.
