PURPOSE: A seismic isolation pile structure using a seismic isolation pile cap and a permanent tension member is provided to reduce construction time and costs because an additional design change is not required. CONSTITUTION: A seismic isolation pile structure using a seismic isolation pile cap and a permanent tension member comprises a pile(P), a seismic isolation pile cap, a footing block, and a permanent tension member(T). The pile is buried in the ground and has a hollow. The seismic isolation pile cap is installed in the head of the pile and has a vibration-proof pad(20). The footing block is installed on the top of the seismic isolation pile cap. The permanent tension member is installed in the hollow of the pile through the footing block and the seismic isolation pile cap.
