SEGMENT BLOCK OF GIRDER FOR BRIDGE, MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF AND BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A segment block for a bridge girder, a manufacturing method thereof, and a construction method of a bridge using the same are provided to manufacture a bridge by grading the bridge according to concrete strength. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a segment block for a bridge girder is as follows. A bottom form is placed on the ground. The bottom form has a level down part and multiple sheath pipe cap mounting holes. Sheath pipe caps are installed in the sheath pipe cap mounting holes. Sheath pipes are inserted into the sheath pipe caps. The connected parts of the sheath pipe caps and the sheath pipe are sealed. Reinforcing bars having shear bars are arranged on the bottom form except for the level down part. A wall form is installed in the edge of the bottom form, and a hollow form is installed on the level down part. Concrete is placed in the forms. After the concrete is cured, the bottom form, the hollow form, and the wall form are removed to complete a segment block(SB).
