PURPOSE: A nano gel type electrolyte for a dye-sensitized solar cell which includes nano-silica combined with silyl-propionitrile, a manufacturing method thereof, and the dye-sensitized solar cell using the same are provided to improve photoelectric conversion efficiency and the long-term stability of the dye-sensitized solar cell which uses a liquid electrolyte. CONSTITUTION: A nano-silica powder(100) combined with silyl-propionitrile(200) is manufactured. An ionic liquid system electrolyte is manufactured by mixing an ionic liquid and oxidation-reduction derivative. The ionic liquid system electrolyte is mixed with the nano-silica powder combined with the silyl-propionitrile. The oxidation-reduction derivative is selected from a group comprised of lithium iodide, sodium iodide, potassium iodide, and lithium bromide.
