Fabricating method for eye-sight protection blind film and the same

A blind film for protecting eyesight and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent diffusion of light on a light-shielding layer by coating conductive particles or oxide-based particles. A film lamination unit(530) is formed by laminating repeatedly a transparent film(510) and a light-shielding layer(520). A light-shielding film(540) is formed by cutting the film lamination unit. A coating layer and a protective film are formed on a surface of the light-shielding film. The coating layer includes conductive particles or oxide-based particles. An outline of the light-shielding film and the light-shielding layer are cut obliquely. A laminated structure is formed by laminating the light-shielding film. Protective films are attached on both sides of the laminated structure.
