PURPOSE: A weft measuring device of a water jet loom is provided to reduce maintenance cost and power rate and to ensure simple structure. CONSTITUTION: A weft measuring device of a water jet loom has a rounded rim(28) of comb patterns formed along the outer circumference of the rounded rim body. The rounded rim is mounted in order for elastic comb patterns to forward a nozzle side. The length of the elastic comb pattern is 12-18mm and the angle is 40-50 degrees.
