PURPOSE: A biometric signal measurement terminal, an emergency service supplying method using the same and an emergency system for determining a cautious step and an emergency step are provided to supply an efficient emergency service by determining an emergency situation of the user. CONSTITUTION: A biometric signal measurement sensor(130) measures the biometric signal of a user. A controller(110) controls the measurement signal value is transmitted to a mobile communication terminal(200). A database(150) sets up the cautious step and the emergency step corresponding to a health standard value of the user. If the measurement signal value is less than the lowest limit, an emergency reader determines the cautious step and the emergency step.
