PURPOSE: An electricity generating device using car weight force at a speeding bump is provided to generate electricity by operating a generator by using a pressure of the oil which is accumulated in an accumulator.;CONSTITUTION: An electricity generating device using car weight force at a speeding bump comprises a piston, a hydraulic cylinder body, a spring or an elastic material, an accumulator(42), a hydraulic motor or a hydraulic cylinder(45) and a generator(46). The piston prevents the over speed of the car. The piston is fixed on a lower part of an upper frame of a speed-bump(41) on the road. The hydraulic cylinder body is installed in the upper frame of the sealed oil container. The accumulator stores the oil of the hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic motor or the hydraulic cylinder operates the generator using the oil saved in the accumulator.
