WASTE HEAT RECYCLING SYSTEM USING A FLUIDIZED-BED INCINERATOR, WHICH CAN REDUCE ENERGY CONSUMPTION BY ORGANICALLY CONNECTING SURROUNDING DEVICES BY USING MOVABLE G INCINERATORS
PURPOSE: A waste heat recycling system using a fluidized-bed incinerator is provided to improving heating efficiency by forming a thermal medium of a waste-heat used boiler with hydrocarbon.;CONSTITUTION: A waste heat recycling system using a fluidized-bed incinerator comprises a waste material carrying part(10), a sludge drying part(20), a flowing incinerator(30), a fluid sand circulation part(40), an incombustible exhausting part(50), and a waste heat boiler(60). The movable incinerator incinerates the dried sludge, discharged from a sludge dryer, and the waste material of a waste material carrying part. The flowing incinerator comprises a waste material preheating part and a fluid sand heating part. The fluid sand circulator of the fluid sand circulation part is formed in one side of the fluid sand collection tank. A fluid sand circulator transfers the sampled fluid sand to the upper of the fluid sand feed hopper. The incombustible exhausting part is formed on the lower of the flowing incinerator and discharges incombustibles.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
