PURPOSE: A low-carbon/low-cost greenhouse energy management system is provided to effectively use a heat pump with various heating sources for reducing the generation amount of carbon dioxide. CONSTITUTION: A low-carbon/low-cost greenhouse energy management system is operated by the following steps: determining whether to operate a supplemental lighting device by the luminance of a greenhouse(S100); operating a combustion type carbon dioxide generator by the concentration of carbon dioxide inside the greenhouse(S200); determining the necessity of heating based on the operation of the supplemental lighting device and the combustion type carbon dioxide generator(S300); and to calculate the current capacity coefficient of a heat pump for operating the heat pump(S400).
