PURPOSE: A heat curing method for controlling heat transferred to the minute defects on a metal surface during a painting process is provided to prevent air located in the defects of a metal surface from being expanded by only heating the surface of spread paint. CONSTITUTION: A heat curing method for controlling heat transferred to the minute defects on a metal surface during a painting process uses a coating device. The coating device comprises a metal product, paint, an insulating material, and a heating device. The paint is spread on the surface of the metal product. The insulating material is attached on the surface of the metal product in which the paint is not spread. The heating device heats the spread paint.
