PURPOSE: A flipper device of a crane spreader, for loading containers in multiple stages, and a loading method using the same are provided to prevent damage to a lower container by moving and returning the flipper part using a cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A flipper device of a crane spreader, for loading containers in multiple stages, comprises a spreader(10), a flipper part(70), a winding part, first and second rotary parts(50,60), and a motor(20). The spreader is combined on the upper side of the container to transfer the container. The flipper part is installed in the edge of the spreader. The flipper part is connected to the wire rope and is wound in the wire rope. The winding part moves the flipper up and down. The first rotary part is circulated using the rotation of a rotary shaft(40) interlocking with the winding unit. The second rotary part is combined with hinge in the other side of the first rotary part. One side of the second rotary part is combined with the flipper part using a hinge.
