RAPID SETTING CEMENT ZERO CONCRETE COMPOSITION AND THE REPAIRING METHOD OF CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION FOR HIGHWAYS USING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A rapid hardening low-carbon cement-free concrete composition and a method for repairing the cross section of road concrete using the same are provided to improve the durability and the runnability of a road by using active fly ash and spherical electric arc furnace oxidizing slag instead of a cement-based rapid hardening binder and natural fine aggregate. CONSTITUTION: A rapid hardening low-carbon cement-free concrete composition includes 13-18 weight% of fly ash, 35-45 weight% of electric arc furnace oxidizing slag, 30-40 weight% of coarse aggregate, 1-3 weight% of activator, and 2-5 weight% of admixing water. A method for repairing the cross section of road concrete includes a packaging and cutting process, a flattening process, a cleaning and drying process, a concrete composition producing and paving process, and a curing process. The paving process is based on a rapid hardening low-carbon cement-free concrete composition including the fly ash, the electric arc furnace oxidizing slag, the coarse aggregate, the activator, and the admixing water.
