Predictive Method for the Growth of Cronobacter Sakazaki

PURPOSE: A method for predicting growing state of Cronobacter sakazakii and a recoding medium in which computer program is store for prediction are provided to ensure high reliability. CONSTITUTION: A method for predicting growing state of Cronobacter sakazakii comprises a step of calculating specific growth rate(SGR) based on equation 6, ln SGR = -0.06581 + (0.00575Temp.) + (0.00039Temp.^2) by applying temperature value for storing a sample containing Cronobacter sakazakii. The sample is a food composition. A recording medium for storing computer program comprises: a process of inputting the temperature value for storing the sample; a step of computing equation 6; and a step of predicting growing state of Cronobacter sakazakii at the termperature.
