Stereo X-ray Inspection System with High throughput and Stereo Capability by Using Scanning Speed Modulation and Nearest Ray Rebinning Technique

PURPOSE: A stereo x-ray penetration inspecting system is provided to determine moderate exposure about second transmission rate data of the object measured by second stereo beam. CONSTITUTION: A stereo x-ray penetration inspecting system comprises a laser generator(110) and an information generator(120). The laser generator generates a dual stereo beam about an object. The information generator uses transmission rate data measured by the dual stereo beam in order to produce the depth information about the object. The stereo X-ray penetration check system comprises a rate control part(130). The rate control part controls the scanning velocity about the object by using first transmission rate data.
