The present invention determines the situation based on the situation information received from the sensor at the USN sensor node in order to reduce the data transmission overhead, and centralizes the situation decision result only when the determined situation decision result is included in the risk determination condition. The present invention relates to a situation recognition method and system capable of improving energy efficiency by transmitting to a server and processing the situation based on the situation determination result transmitted from the central server.
