PURPOSE: A safety device of snow ice driving is provided to generate the frictional force in the road while being rubbed in the inner tire of a vehicle when the road is a snow ice state.;CONSTITUTION: A safety device(10) of snow ice driving comprises a base portion(100), a wrist portion(200) and a friction portion(300). The base portion is installed to the lower part of a vehicle and the power is loaded in inside. The wrist portion comprises a first wrist(210) which is rotated to the left or right and a second wrist(220) which is rotated to up and down. The wrist is installed in the second wrist and has a spike wheel(310) which is transferable to forward and back and is rolling-rotated. The friction portion is moved according to the rotation of the first joint. The friction portion prevents the slip of a tire in the surface.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
