PURPOSE: A device for detecting servers of a file sharing solution provider based on flow information analysis and a method thereof are provided to technically detect the file sharing content server and an index server of a file sharing business owner by utilizing the flow analysis techniques. CONSTITUTION: At least one detecting measuring unit(200) generates and transmits server detection analysis information based on the flow analysis including file sharing server information based on flow information. A central control unit(100) generates a server detection command. The central control unit transmits the server detection command to the detection measuring unit. The central control unit receives the server detection analysis information from the detection measuring unit. The central control unit detects a file sharing business server based on the received server detection analysis information.
