PURPOSE: A hyperthermo-therapeutic device and a scanning method using the same are provided to produce the length of backbone of a user by using measured data. CONSTITUTION: A hyperthermo-therapeutic device comprises: a heat ceramic unit(110) which moved in a longitudinal direction of user's backbone; a motor unit(120) which transfers the heat ceramic unit; a motor change generation module(220) which measures the change amount of the load of the motor unit; a backbone information generation module(240) which generates information about the backbone shape of a user; an encoder(130) which checks the number of rotation of the motor; and an encoder change amount generation module(230) which measures the translation distance of the heat ceramic unit.
