PURPOSE: A method for evaluating water toxicity is provided to shorten time for determining water quality and to ensure high sensitivity. CONSTITUTION: A method for evaluating water toxicity comprises: a step of inputting a sample to a container for measuring; a step of inputting Lemna paucicostata to the container; a step of culturing the Lemna paucicostata; and a step of measuring growth area change rate of Lemna paucicostata.
