PURPOSE: steel pole counting device and its method are arranged to fixed reliability and improve production efficiency, pass through optical sensor by calculating steel bar. ;A kind of CONSTITUTION: roller table (10) transmission steel pole. Steel pole binding table (20) is mounted on the roller-way of side. Optical sensor (30) is mounted on the roller-way of side. The number of controller (40) is counted, according to the signal, the optical sensor of steel bar. The optical sensor includes luminescence unit and light receiving unit.
