PURPOSE: A slab corner cutting system and a slab corner scarping method using the same are provided to enhance the quality of slab and working efficiency by removing burr capable of being occurred in a process of removing the defective parts of the corner of slab.;CONSTITUTION: A slab corner cutting system comprises a cutting unit(120), a horizontal transfer unit, a rotating unit, a control unit, and a slab positioning unit(110). The cutting unit is used for cutting the defective parts of the corner unit of slab. The horizontal transfer unit horizontally transfers the cutting unit. The rotating unit is attached to the horizontal transfer unit to rotate the cutting unit. The control unit controls the horizontal transfer unit and the rotating unit to move the cutting unit to near the corner of slab, operates the cutting unit and removes defects from the corner unit of slab.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
