PURPOSE: A stroller equipped with a shock absorber is provided to secure the safety of infants and children by increasing visibility using a reflecting plate.;CONSTITUTION: A stroller equipped with a shock absorber comprises a main body member, a base portion, and a buffer(170). The main body member includes a seat and a back rest. The base portion is connected to the main body member in order to move the main body member. The base portion is composed of first and second bases(150,155). The second base is connected to the first base. A pair of front wheels is located in the first base.
