PURPOSE: A modulated chamber for a hydrodynamic focusing operation is provided to prevent the leakage phenomenon of sample solutions or buffer solutions by fixing micro channels to a desired position in a micro chamber.;CONSTITUTION: A modulated chamber includes a focusing module main body(10), a inlet side cover(20), and an outlet side cover(30). The focusing module main body includes a first channel and a second channel. A sample solution flows through the first channel. A buffer solution flows through the second channel. The inlet side cover is detachably arranged at the upper side of the inlet of the first channel. The outlet side cover is detachably arranged at the upper side of the outlet side of the first channel.
