PURPOSE: A retaining-wall structure, a construction method thereof, a device for excavating an expanded hole for a retaining wall and an anchor device are provided to firmly construct a retaining wall, and ensure safety even if ground becomes weak after construction.;CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a retaining-wall structure comprises a pre construction step, a middle construction step, and a post construction step. The pre construction step comprises a ground cutting process and a hole excavating process. The middle construction step comprises a borehole excavating process, an anchor-device installing process, and an anchor-device fixing process. At the excavating process, a plurality of expanded holes(31,32) are respectively formed on a borehole. At the anchor-device installing process, an anchor device(40) with a fixture(41) inserted into the borehole is inserted into the borehole.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
