PURPOSE: A monitor and screen control method thereof are provided to enable a user to conveniently use a monitor by performing touch input processing in an OSD(On Screen Display) menu.;CONSTITUTION: An OSD menu input unit(210) displays an OSD menu on a screen. When the screen is touched by a user, touch sensors(220a, 220b) sense the part touched by the user. A touch sensor module(230) receives the signal of the touch sensor and transmits a location value to a scaling unit(240) or a personal computer. The scaling unit displays the screen of the OSD menu according to the input signal of the OSD menu input unit.
