PURPOSE: An apparatus for improving an aerodynamic performance is provided to improve the fuel efficiency of a vehicle by reducing the aerodynamic loss generated in a tire and a wheel.;CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(100) for improving an aerodynamic performance comprises an air injection hole(111), an air guide unit(113), and an air emission unit(115). External air flows into the air injection hole. The air guide unit guides the air flowing into the air injection hole to the tire of a vehicle. The air emission unit discharges the air guided to the air guide unit to the side of the tire. The air emission unit is located between a wheel guide and a bumper cover.
