PURPOSE: A block management system and ship block placing method thereof are provided to efficiently displace blocks by determining the displacement location when determining a location for displacing blocks. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit(12) transceives block displacing related information by performing wired/wireless communication. A display unit(13) visually displays block displacing related location information. An input unit(14) inputs command information for determining a block displacing location to a controller(11). The control unit inputs block pile-up destination information.
