PURPOSE: An apparatus and method of dynamic voltage scaling mode detecting, an apparatus and method of pumping voltage detecting using the same are provided to power consumption by making the level of an internal high voltage lower in a dynamic voltage control mode.;CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus and method of dynamic voltage scaling mode detecting, an apparatus and method of pumping voltage detecting using the same, a first condition detection unit(100) generates a fist condition signal in response to a clock enable signal. A second condition detection unit(200) generates a second condition signal in response to an external high voltage.
