PURPOSE: An organic-inorganic hybrid flame retardant resin composition is provided to have excellent workability, heat resistance, adhesion, and storage stability with maintaining organic and inorganic properties.;CONSTITUTION: An organic-inorganic hybrid flame retardant resin composition comprises 100.0 parts by weight inorganic resin composition and 20-140 parts by weight organic resin composition. The inorganic resin composition is a resin formed through the partial-hydrolysis of colloidal alumina, colloidal silica, etc by metal alkoxide. The organic resin is formed through the reaction of alcohol and organic composition, which is formed through the partial-hydrolysis of tetramethyl orthosilicate and tetraethyl orthosilicate by distilled water.
