PURPOSE: A traffic report information sharing method and server thereof are provided to enable a driver to share a traffic report in real time by enabling the driver to connect to the traffic information community of a portable terminal.;CONSTITUTION: A channel establishment unit(210) establishes a traffic information shared channel by a user community. A channel connection unit(220) receives the connection request of the established channel from a portable terminal. The channel connection unit connects to the requested channel by using the portable terminal. A user traffic information processing unit(230) receives user traffic information data from the portable terminal connected to the channel.
