PURPOSE: A method and system for alarming the dangerous situation of a road by tracking driver's gaze and using traffic reports are provided to improve driving convenience for a driver and to largely reduce false alarm and recognition with respect to dangerous situations.;CONSTITUTION: A system for alarming the dangerous situation of a road comprises a road situation recognizing unit(10), a driver's gaze recognizing unit(20), a danger determining unit(30), and a danger alarming unit(40). The road situation recognizing unit predicts a dangerous spot and the level of a danger by receiving information with respect to a front object, a construction site, and an accident site. The driver's gaze recognizing unit analyzes a driver's gaze on the basis of the gazing point, number, and time of a driver.
