PURPOSE: An image forming device is provided to enable a user to obtain a printout controlled at a desired level of gloss.;CONSTITUTION: A controller forms a color toner image and a first partial transparent toner image on a surface of recoding materials based on acquired information, which is controlled by a color toner image forming unit and a transparent toner image forming unit. The controller heats the color toner image and the first partial transparent toner image on the surface of recoding materials with a heating unit(9). The controller forms a second partial transparent toner image on the surface by the transparent toner image forming unit.
