PURPOSE: A liquid sample heating and vaporizing apparatus is provided to improve the response rate and the precision of temperature controlling with respect to liquid samples by modifying the alignment of a heater temperature detecting part.;CONSTITUTION: A liquid sample heating and vaporizing apparatus(2) includes a vaporizing tank(21), one or more heaters(22), a heater temperature detecting part(23), and a controlling part(25). The vaporizing tank includes the inlet and the outlet of liquid samples and vaporized liquid samples and stores the liquid samples. The heaters include a heating part(22h) which is in contact with the liquid samples to be heated. The heater temperature detecting part detects the temperature of external surface of the heater. The controlling part receives the temperature detecting signal from the heater temperature detecting part and controls power supplied to the heaters.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
