PURPOSE: An organic light-emitting device is provided to improve visible light transmission rate by forming a layer having a UV blocking performance and a polarization performance in an encapsulation layer.;CONSTITUTION: An organic radiation part(300) is located between a substrate(200) and an encapsulation substrate(100). A layer(500) having a UV blocking performance is located between the encapsulation substrate and the organic radiation part. The layer has a polarization performance. The layer is arranged to be touched to one side of the encapsulation substrate. The layer is arranged to be touched to one side of the organic radiation part. The layer comprises adhesive.
