PURPOSE: A seat cooling and heating system of a ventilation seat for vehicles is provided to replace a PTC heater by cooling a battery and a PE component and recycling heat energy of air.;CONSTITUTION: A seat cooling and heating system of a ventilation seat for vehicles comprises an intake unit, a ventilation seat(20), an air intake device(30), and a first valve(40). The intake unit is formed inside the vehicle and connects the flow of air between the inner side of the vehicle and the battery of the vehicle. An air hole is formed in the ventilation seat to connect the flow of air between the interior side and the battery side. The air intake device absorbs air to the battery side. The first valve selectively emits the air of the indoor heated through the heat exchange with the battery of the vehicles to the outside.
