PURPOSE: A heating and air conditioning system for a vehicle seat is provided to be easily attached and detached on/from a vehicle seat in order to easily replace components.;CONSTITUTION: A heating and air conditioning system for a vehicle seat comprises a housing(10), a thermoelectric element(20), and a first blowing fan(31). An air inlet(11) for supplying air to the inside a seat and an air outlet(13) for discharging air to the outside the seat are formed in the housing. Through holes(15) are formed on the side surface of the housing. The thermoelectric element is arranged in the housing to selectively generate heat or cold air toward the air inlet and the air outlet.
