Method for mirroring optical disk

PURPOSE: An optical disk mirroring method is provided to efficiently control mirroring by accurately determining data mirroring stored on an optical disk by a two-step process. CONSTITUTION: Stored data information is acquired from an optical disk inserted into a computer and a HDD built in a computer(120). When the information from the optical disk and HDD are not identical, mirroring is selected(150). Data stored in the optical disk is copied to the HDD without a storage format change(160). When the information from the optical disk and HDD are identical, data stored in a sector of the optical disk and mirroring data stored in a sector of the HDD are compared(180).
