PURPOSE: An apparatus for avoiding resonance and reducing vibration of a stiffened plate in a ship and a marine structure is provided to ensure convenient installation of a reinforcing material because a magnetic is installed on one end of the reinforcing material and an elastic member is additionally installed according to need. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for avoiding resonance and reducing vibration of a stiffened plate in a ship and a marine structure is as follows. A magnetic(3) is installed on one end of a reinforcing material(2) which is additionally installed between reinforcing materials for changing the vibrating property of a reinforcing plate(1).
