PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing lightweight foamed silicate excrement-based mixed fertilizers and the lightweight foamed silicate excrement-based mixed fertilizers are provided to suppress the acidification of soil and to accelerate the growth of plants by mixing dried excrements and thermally treated silicate mineral powder and further mixing foaming bubbles with the mixture. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing lightweight foamed silicate excrement-based mixed fertilizers includes the following: silicate mineral powder is thermally treated(S100); dried excrements and the thermally treated silicate mineral powder are mixed and stirred to obtain a mixture(S200); foaming bubbles are mixed and stirred with the mixture to obtain a lightweight foamed silicate excrement mixture(S300); and the lightweight foamed silicate excrement mixture is dried(S400). The foaming bubbles are obtained from a vegetable foaming agent aqueous solution using a bubble generator.
