SALT-RESISTANT LAYERED DUAL LAYER METAL HYDROXIDE/POLYURETHANE-BASED POLYMER COPOLYMER NANO-HYBRID CONCRETE ADMIXTURE CAPABLE OF IMPROVING THE WATER-TIGHTNESS AND THE DURABILITY OF THE CONCRETE ADMIXTURE
PURPOSE: Salt-resistant layered dual layer metal hydroxide/polyurethane-based polymer copolymer nano-hybrid concrete admixture is provided to improve the water reducing capability and the workability of the concrete admixture by nano-fusing layered dual layer metal hydroxide and polyurethane-based polymer copolymer.;CONSTITUTION: Concrete admixture includes layered dual layer metal hydroxide and polyurethane-based polymer copolymer. The layered dual layer metal hydroxide is represented by chemical formula 1 and is in a layered structure. In chemical formula 1, the M2+ represents divalent metal positive ions; and N3+ represents trivalent metal positive ions; the A is negative ion chemical species which is ion-bonded at the interlayer of hydroxide; the n is charge numbers; the x is between 0 and 1; and the y is more than 0. The M2+ is selected from a group including Mg^2+, Ca^2+, Co^2+, Cu^2+, Ni^2+, and Zn^2+. The N3+ is selected from a group including Al^3+, Cr^3+, Fe^3+, Ga^3+, In^3+, V^3+, and Ti^3+. The A is selected from a group including NO^2-, NO^3-, CO_3^2-, OH^-, O^2-, SO_4^2-, halogenide, metalate, and organic negative ions.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
