PURPOSE: A sporting goods for lower body training is provided to easily use and store the sporting goods and protect knee from painful exercise.;CONSTITUTION: A sporting goods for lower body training comprises: a saddle(1) where a users hip is placed; a staple-shaped bracket(2) which is installed in the lower part of the saddle; a shaft rod which is connected to center of horizontal part of bracket; a compressed spring inserted in the shaft rod; an elastic member(3) which is consisted of pressure rings; a compressing part which combines in the upper portion to compress the upper end of the pressure ring of the elastic member; an adjustment rod is inserted in the lower part to control height in multi-stages; a rotary motion part(4) which symmetrically arranged parts make a group; and a slide part(5) which two rollers are combined with both ends of the slide part.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
