PURPOSE: A wireless communication providing method using an intelligent network and a device thereof are provided to listen to an announcement for a caller during call waiting, thereby enabling a user to receive a free call.;CONSTITUTION: A sound source managing unit(3160) generates and manages an announcement for a caller. A signal processing controller(3150) controls the search and supply of the announcement for the caller. A communication interface(3140) is connected to an intelligent network system. The communication interface transceives at least one of client information, an announcement for a free call, and call time information.
