PURPOSE: A twist guide device for rolling circular steel is provided to prevent separation of a material and enable smooth transfer of the material by changing the position of a guide member guiding the material to a guide roll, depending on the size of the rolling roll of a rolling mill.;CONSTITUTION: A twist guide device(100) for rolling circular steel comprises a housing(110), a guide roll, a guide member(130), and a moving unit(140). The housing has a path for a rolling material and is installed on the exit of a first rolling mill. The guide roll is rotatably mounted on the housing. The guide roll twists the rolling material passing through the path to be introduced to a second rolling mill. The guide member guides the rolling material discharged to the exit of the first rolling mill to the guide roll.
