PURPOSE: A gamma correction method of pinhole bone scan for precisely diagnosing potential trauma bone lesion is provided to precisely diagnose potential fracture and traumatic bone lesion related to the potential fracture by generating a brain scan image of high resolution.;CONSTITUTION: A radiopharmaceutical is injected to a patient through intravenous injection(S100). A site in which a symptom of lesion like fracture occurs is recorded by a gamma camera(S110). The mutation and/or increment of a gamma value, which is data required for the gamma correction of an original scan image, is preset(S120). A light intensity signal is non-linearly transformed by using a nonlinear transfer function(S130). The original scan image and/or gamma correction images are saved in a storing unit(S140). The original scan image and the gamma correction image are displayed on a video display device(S150). A user selects the most suitable image for extracting a diagnosis symptom from the gamma correction images based on the original scan image which is displayed the video display device(S160).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
