PURPOSE: A device for recycling waste heat of a ship is provided to minimize the amount of an economizer installed on the discharge path of exhaust gas and enable recovery of waste heat by appropriately controlling opening/closing on a communicating pipe. CONSTITUTION: A device for recycling waste heat of a ship comprises a plurality of exhaust pipes(30), an economizer(10), and a path control unit(50). The path control unit comprises communicating pipes(51,52), opening/closing control units(61,62), and blocking control units(63~66). The communicating pipes are installed between an exhaust pipe with an economizer and another exhaust pipe without an economizer. The opening/closing control units are installed on the communicating pipes to control the flow of exhaust gas through the communicating pipes. Blocking control units are installed on the exhaust pipes.
