PURPOSE: An injecting device for a transport pipe to be buried at the ground is provided to enable a transport pipe to easily slide into a protecting pipe along the inner circumferential surface of the protecting pipe with a roller in a state the transport pipe is insulated from the protecting pipe.;CONSTITUTION: An injecting device for a transport pipe(1) to be buried at the ground comprises buffer materials(3), protrusions(5), recesses, and one or more rollers(9). The buffer materials are installed outside the transport pipe at regular intervals. The protrusions are formed on the outer circumferential surface of the buffer material at regular intervals.
