FLAME-RETARDANT POLYESTER COMPOUNDS HAVING SUPERIOR THERMAL STABILITY, AND FLAME RETARDANCY BY USING PHOSPHATE-BASED FLAME RETARDANCE, AND A COLOR CHIP USING THE SAME
PURPOSE: A flame-retardant polyester compounds is provided to have excellent thermal stability, thereby suitable for fiber spinning, and to have excellent flame-retardancy, thereby useful for manufacturing artificial hairs.;CONSTITUTION: A flame-retardant polyester compounds comprises a flame-retardant compound including a phosphate-based monomer, and a flame-retardant chips including a phosphate-based monomer. The flame-retardant compound comprises a polymer in which the phosphate-based monomer in chemical formula 1, in the end group of polyester, the flam-retardant chip comprises a polymer copolymerized of the phosphate-based monomer in chemical formula 1 with terephthalic acid. In chemical formula 1, R1 is a C6-18 aryl group, and R2 is a C1-4 alkylene group. The polymerization degree of the polyester is 0.68. The content of the phosphorous in the flame-retardant polyester compound is 20,000-23,000 ppm.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
