PURPOSE: A magnetic induction type power relay apparatus and a moving body using the same are provided to offer stability of charge by transferring electricity without mechanical contact with a power transmitter.;CONSTITUTION: A first leading unit(210) comprises a first core(212) and a first cable(214). The first cable is wound on the first core in a width direction. The length of a second core(222) of a second leading unit(220) is shorter than the length of the first core. A second cable(224) of the second leading unit is wound on the second core in the width direction. The second leading unit additionally comprises a reduction cable which is connected to the second cable in series. Both end part of the second core have a second protrusion.
