PURPOSE: Red ginseng drink using actinidia arguta sap, and a producing method thereof are provided to enable users to distribute the drink for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of red ginseng drink using actinidia arguta sap comprises the following steps: mixing 90-95wt% of actinidia arguta sap for the total amount of red ginseng, and boiling the mixture at the high temperature; and heating the obtained red ginseng extract at 85-90 deg C, and sterilizing the mixture for 30 seconds-1 minute at 90-100 deg C.
